IT LØSNINGER NO AS is an established IT company focused on traditional IT services such as client solutions, networks, Microsoft 365, and operations. During the spring, the company will gradually integrate into evolvit and transition to the evolvit brand. A larger joint launch is planned for the end of the first quarter of 2026.
evolvit continues its growth journey
Over the past year, evolvit has built a profitable and growing IT group with revenue of approximately SEK 200 million. The company is now taking the next step in its Nordic expansion by acquiring a 75 percent stake in the Norwegian company IT LØSNINGER NO AS (itl.no). This acquisition marks evolvit’s first physical presence outside Sweden and represents an important milestone in the company’s continued growth journey.
Norway is both a strategic and a natural next step in the company’s development. Several of evolvit’s customers already operate in both Sweden and Norway, and this establishment gives the group a local organization that enables a much higher level of delivery precision. Being able to deliver both services and physical IT solutions from a local presence to local customers also simplifies logistics. In addition, it shortens lead times and plays a key role in the customer experience, while creating clear economies of scale for the business.
Through the acquisition, evolvit adds 11 new employees and can now take full end to end responsibility in the Norwegian market as well, using the same model, structure, and quality standards as in Sweden.
