2025 was an intense year for evolvit. We took several decisive steps that strengthened our ability to deliver even better, broader, and more long term value together with our customers, partners, and employees.

This progress happened across multiple areas at the same time, including brand, market presence, acquisitions, service portfolio, internal ways of working, and team growth. What connects all these efforts is a clear ambition to build a stable foundation for high quality delivery, even when the pace is high.

At the same time, we want to be clear about one thing. This development has been possible because of our people. A year filled with change demands commitment, flexibility, and professionalism in everyday work, and that is exactly what defined 2025.

A clearer whole and one unified evolvit

During the year, we completed a unified rebranding of our offices and established evolvit as the shared brand across the organization. This creates greater clarity in the market. In addition, it delivers a more consistent experience for customers, no matter where in the organization the collaboration takes place.

In parallel, we launched a new website that reflects our offering and our direction. It is customer focused, delivery driven, and built to scale.

Quality and sustainability as part of everyday work

To ensure structure and continuity in a growing organization, we established a quality and environmental management system through FR2000 in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. This strengthens our processes, improves follow up, and creates clarity in how we work, with quality as a standard, not just an ambition.

evolvit is now also authorized by SRF and FAR. This serves as an important confirmation of competence, structure, and responsibility. In addition, it increases confidence for customers who want a partner they can rely on over time.

A stronger offering and simpler administration for customers

We continued to develop several parts of our service portfolio. For example, we launched new service areas to meet customer needs as their businesses evolve.

One clear focus area has been simplification. During 2025, we improved how Microsoft 365 licenses and costs are managed, giving customers better control, less administration, and a more transparent overall view.

In 2025, we also strengthened our partnerships with leading vendors such as Visma, Rillion, and Contracting Works. As a result, we can deliver more cohesive solutions and create value faster for our customers through proven platforms and smart integrations.

2025 was a year when we took major steps forward, always with delivery at the center. Looking ahead, our ambition is to continue developing evolvit into an even stronger partner, with a broader offering, clearer structure, and high quality in every delivery. Acquisitions and expansion that strengthen capacity and expertise

During the year, evolvit completed several strategic acquisitions that strengthened both our expertise and our delivery capability, including Ekonomeo and Maxial. We also took the step into Norway through the acquisition of IT Løsninger No AS, which marks an important milestone in our Nordic development.

In addition, we opened a new office in Helsingborg. This strengthens our presence in the region and our ability to stay close to customers in southern Sweden.

evolvit also continued to grow through the work order system Tickra, an initiative that strengthens our ability to create customer value through smart solutions and more efficient workflows.

Elon Business and our own operator service

evolvit became part of Elon Business and established the Elon Business Hub, our own operator service that expands opportunities in connectivity, telephony, and end to end delivery. This is an important step toward offering a more complete and cohesive solution for customers with high demands on availability and reliability.

A growing team and improved results

During 2025, evolvit welcomed nearly 30 new employees. At the same time, both revenue and profitability increased. This confirms our ability to combine growth with strong delivery, and it shows that the market values what we are building. To further secure quality in every customer interaction and delivery, we also recruited a Customer Experience Manager. The role focuses on strengthening the customer experience, following up on deliveries, and driving continuous improvements as the business grows.

We also invested in our team and culture, for example through a shared trip to Athens. Throughout the year, we continued to support local engagement through sponsorships and partnerships in the regions where we operate. For us, this means being a long term part of the local community, not just a supplier.

In a year marked by many changes, cohesion, clarity, and energy have been essential to maintaining high quality in delivery.

Looking ahead with a broader offering and a stronger brand

2025 laid the foundation for the next phase. With a clearer brand, stronger structure, a broader offering, and increased capacity, evolvit is well positioned to continue growing together with customers who want to develop, streamline, and scale.

Our direction remains clear. Customer needs and delivery come first, supported by long term efforts to deliver more and better, with quality in every step.
